Its been a while since we visited Stainburn near Otley, we need to go more often, just 6.27 miles and we are knackered, 1,657 feet of down means the same pushing up, 5 complete runs and a couple of sessioning bits just about did for us.
I notice a slash in the sidewall of the tyre as I pop the back wheel in so use the age old fix of a toothpaste tube.
